The Work

The Project Manager’s job is to organize project scope. Communicate and collaborate with Developers, and Client stakeholders to achieve project execution on time and on budget. Allocate resources. Meet with clients regularly to provide project status/checks ins. Log and assign issues to Developers. Assisting Developers in eliminating blockers and mitigating risks. This position is remote, part time, flexible, although most client meetings happen between 9-3 central.

Responsibilities

• Defines, manages, and tracks projects to be on time and on budget
• Participates in weekly/daily team/client meetings to keep Developers/Executives/Clients on track for project delivery
• Collaborates with Developers and Executives to estimate/bid for new work and onboard new clients
• Be the face of Code Pros for clients. Host status/check in calls regularly, document tasks, issues, and priorities
• Motivate and guide Developers to complete projects timely, on budget, and assist in mitigation of risks

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience managing complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accountable with a high degree of initiative
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve and make decisions
• Experience in customer service, team management, and program development

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
• Ability to handle some technical discussions
